Bearing Fault Detection Menggunakan Metode Wavelet Berbasis Labview

Untuk dapat mengetahui dan mendeteksi jenis tingkat kerusakan bearing pada motor induksi dilakukan dengan menganalisis sinyal getarannya. Pada penelitian ini, akan dianalisis yang diakibatkan oleh lokal atau terdistribusi ditunjukan adanya getaran frekuensi tertentu muncul. Sedangkan umumnya diketehui dari besarnya ampitude Metode digunakan untuk adalah mengukur karakteristik mengunakan sensor accelerometer menggunakan analisis wavelet berbasis labview, dalam domain waktu maupun terjadi arah putaran radial. Percobaan spektrum akibat cara dimodifikasi sengaja dirusak tersebut. Analisis perbandingan antara berkondisi baik dibuat cacat bagian inner race, outer race ball secara bertingkat sehingga ditentukan Hasil menunjukan bahwa vibrasi dihasilkan mendekati harmonik (sinusoidal), sedangkan rusak getarannya berbentuk stokastik (random). menentukan outerrace harus disinkronkan perhitungan berdasarkan data aquisi parameter bantalannya, yaitu diameter lintasan innering outering, jumlah poros.
